Seated comfortably, Braxiatel is leaning back, facing—something? Or someone. He looks half-amused, the way he seems at ease while working at a particularly rewarding purchase for his Collection.
"I want Gallifrey and the Collection protected; I want Bernice to be safe and happy; I want Romana to have the Presidency she deserves, not one marred by the disasters thrown on her; and I would certainly appreciate the universe no longer needing me to clean up its messes, but I understand how terribly difficult that is to manage. I want security and I want peace. I think that's a low enough price for what you're asking of me. I'm sure we can negotiate the particulars."
