Personally, he thinks this is an excellent idea, and simple enough that it should work. If nothing else, it would buy Damon some time to come up with another solution. "If you've got paperwork showing that there's a problem, that'll surely keep Commander Maxil off your back. He can't argue with procedure, now can he?"

Thinking about it a moment more, he says, "I'm not very good at that sort of thing, but I would think if ye can keep coming up with ideas of things that are wrong with the renovations, ye could probably keep that sort of thing tied up like that for months, or even years."
