Red Stains
Characters: Hei and Dino
Location: Tokyo
Time: After this thread.
Summary: Hei and Dino have just had Misaki die on them. They're not exactly happy about this, so they plan to go on a killing spree in Tokyo :D
Warnings: Um. "Killing spree?" Blood, death, violence I expect.
Hei hadn't felt like this since November had told him that Amber was alive and in the city, his city. He didn't particularly like killing, and it was a rare moment that he actually wanted to kill. This was one of those moments.
He wasted no time making the request to Yin; he didn't particularly care if Mao or Huang found out. Hei had gone AWOL before; they could deal with it. Yin dipped her hand into a sink full of water and Hei watched, trying not to fidget.
It took her a minute to find where the gang's den had been; the place was swarming with surveillance specters, police and reporters. The building was still on fire. There was no way the Contractors would still be there.
"Track them," Hei said, stepping away and slipping in his earbud. "And keep me posted."
"Hei..."
He paused, and looked back at her. Yin's face was as expressionless as ever, but he could feel her concern.
"It's alright," he told her, taking her hand and squeezing it gently. "This is something I have to do."
She just nodded once and Hei left, returning to the corner where he'd left Dino. Upon seeing the other man Hei hesitated. Was this really the wisest idea, involving someone he didn't really know?
Misaki trusted him.
Hei shook himself out and nodded at Dino to follow him. "We're going."
