Arthur looked down at Morgana. It would be very easy to ride off, almost too easy. Except of course for a code of chivalry that demanded leaving no man - or woman, in this case - behind. It would be annoyingly difficult to enjoy himself knowing that Morgana had stayed behind as a distraction.
He sighed loudly, before dismounting from his horse. He couldn't deny that their guard were persistent. He wondered where this persistence was - but he stopped the thought. It served no purpose. There were guards, and they were persistent, and now they were gone as well.
He handed his horse off to one of the guards to take back into the stables.
"You will have to work on your response time," he said to one of them in passing. "If you had taken any longer, we would have been long gone."
He didn't wait for a response as he walked back towards the castle.
